Join Heart House for an evening of heartfelt connection and plant medicine at Aligned Wellness and Events. Tyler and Kristina are trained cacao medicine facilitators and offer the medicine of Cacao as a grounding practice during this holiday season.
Tyler is a devoted steward of sacred plant medicine, called to guide others on transformative journeys of healing, self-discovery, and deep connection with the natural world. Kristina is a dedicated medicine woman with over 15 years of experience weaving the wisdom of medicinal plants into transformative healing journeys..
Why Cacao?
Cacao is used to connect us to our physical and energetic heart. When we consume Cacao as a beverage (sometimes called "sipping chocolate") we are connected with an ancient practice of stillness, self care and reflection.
The intention of our circles is to gather together in a safe, inclusive space to have fun, relax and find peace.
