The Community Partnership Program is a collaborative opportunity designed for local practitioners, small businesses, and aligned individuals who believe in the power of community, healing, and mutual support. This program offers a way to grow together, by creating shared visibility, hosting co-led events and workshops, and participating in intentional networking that supports your mission and ours.

The Structure + Benefits

PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS

  • Introduction Post – to advise your audience where you are located and share about Aligned on social media

  • Tag Aligned when promoting events held here

  • Intake Form: Provide up-to-date bio, photo, and service info

  • For bodywork practitioners ONLY: Maintain and provide current liability insurance

 

TIMELINE & POLICIES

  • OPTIONS: $100 level for 3 hours; $200 level for 7 hours; $300 level for 9 hours

  • 3-month minimum commitment with 3-hour minimum per month ($100 level)

  • Fee: $33.33 per hour or discounted rate of $233 for full-day use (8 hours)

  • Payment: invoicing is sent on the 25th of each month, due no later than the 1st (example: invoicing sent 1/25/26 due no later than 2/1/26). 

  • Cancellation: Requires 15-day written notice plus one final monthly payment

 

PARTNER BENEFITS

  • Space Access: by hour, agreed upon in advance

  • Social Media: weekly posting of events on Facebook and Instagram. Events created by AWE and posted on socials, tagging the practitioner

  • Website: practitioner bio and events shown on website

  • Newsletter: events are included monthly, with any offers

 

PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS

  • Create an introduction post tagging Aligned Wellness & Events

  • Tag AWE in any promotions for events held at the space

  • Submit the current intake form with bio, photo, and services offered

  • Bodywork practitioners only: Maintain active liability insurance

  • Support and promote other practitioners – we are a community! 

 

RENEWAL & CHECK-INS

  • Practitioner check-in meetings to ensure mutual alignment (currently bi-weekly on Wednesday)

  • Option to renew, upgrade, or downgrade quarterly
     

ALIGNMENT PROCESS

To ensure shared values and ideal synergy, a good fit for this space is someone who is wellness-minded, kind, professional, and has community-centered values. I want to have aligned partners that see the bigger vision we’re creating and are excited to be a part of it!

  • Friendly and welcoming staff

  • Amazing hospitality – you will always feel welcomed and loved 

  • Historic renovated building (built in 1898!)

  • Utilities included, on-site laundry available (linens and detergent not provided), 

  • WIFI

  • Portable speakers available

  • TV for presentations (advise me of any specific setups you might need)

  • Mood lighting and positive energy ambiance

  • Massage Table and Massage Stool

  • Diffuser Salt Lamps and Plug-ins

  • Table space for in-person client meetings

  • Ample seating (recommended max of 12 people in the communal room, but can stretch to 16), and 2-3 people in the energy room

  • Easy on-street parking

  • Temperature control

  • Storage and workable space

  • Private entrance available for Energy/Body Work Room

  • Kitchenette with Microwave, Bathroom

  • Scheduling Options available (if agreed)

  • A variety of teas, coffee, water, and snacks

  • Clean and beautiful space with lots of light

  • Supportive and loving environment – I am here to support you in whatever capacity you need. Don’t hesitate to ask for help or assistance with anything. 

Each room may be rented individually for $35 an hour.​ 
Room rental by day will be $245 per day ($35 off for full day rental)
